Brooke Plum Herold
Brooke joined the company in 2002, handling customer service for both Plum & Associates and Ingredients Plus. She moved into sales in 2003 and covers DFW, Central Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to sales, Brooke oversees customer service and manages the office. Prior to joining Plum & Associates, she recruited for banking and financial firms in New York City. Brooke graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a degree in Biology. She is an active member of the Longhorn IFT, National IFT and Texas Food Processors.

Rick Herold
Rick joined the company in 2007 and handles sales in DFW, South Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. His professional business experience includes over 7 years of recruiting, management, and sales for Lexus Financial Services, Sewell Automotive Co., and Morgan Stanley. Rick is a graduate of Midwestern State University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Rick is an active member of National IFT, Longhorn IFT, RCA and Texas Food Processors Association.

Monica Martinez
Monica joined the company in 2003 after a 7-year career with
7-Eleven. At 7-Eleven Monica assisted in the marketing strategies of various packaged consumer goods as well proprietary brands including Slurpee, Gulp, Taquito and BigBite. Monica’s responsibilities with Ingredients Plus include customer ordering logistics, fulfillment and anything else thrown her way. Our bilingual customers are especially pleased to be working with Monica allowing them to conduct business in either English or Spanish. After hours you can find Monica gardening, travelling and walking her dog Rosco.

Teresa Herrera
Teresa joined the company in 2007. She came to Plum with 6 years of customer service experience. Teresa’s knowledge, sparkling personality, and great attitude are all assets to Plum. With Teresa being fluent in English and Spanish she is able to assist a wild range of customers. Teresa’s responsibilities at Plum include customer service, order entry, and all details related to samples. Outside of work you can find her spending time with her dogs on the golf course or reading a book. Teresa and her husband live in Dallas.

Terry Plum
Terry has been active in the food industry since 1972. Terry founded Plum & Associates in 1990 and Ingredients Plus Distributors in 1992. He offers 32 years experience in food product development and knowledge of food-ingredient application. Terry's expertise includes the precooked protein industry and Mexican Sauce formulation and development. He has successfully worked with Purchasing and R&D at National Accounts such as Frito-Lay, Pizza Hut, Pace Foods, Tyson Foods and numerous private label manufacturers. Terry is a graduate of East Texas State University with a BS degree in Animal Sciences. Terry is an active member in Texas Food Processors and IFT.
